Yes babe. With proper care, you can reuse them multiple times. Just remove leftover glue gently and store them in the tray so they keep their shape.

Are they heavy?
Never. If they feel heavy, they’re not OnCue. Our lashes are flexible, lightweight, and designed for all-day (and all-night) wear.

Are they beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Whether you’re new to lashes or already that girl, our styles are easy to apply and blend seamlessly.

Will I get tracking?

Can I return my lashes?
Because lashes are a beauty product, all sales are final for hygiene reasons.

What if something arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number + photos. We’ll make it right.

How do I apply them?

Measure + trim if needed
Apply thin glue layer
Wait 20–30 seconds (let it get tacky)
Place + press

Pro tip: Apply from the center first, then secure the corners.

How do I remove them?
Gently peel from the outer corner inward. No ripping. No chaos.

How do I clean them?
Remove glue carefully and place back in the tray. Treat them cute.
