  • Please follow the application instructions carefully.
  • Disclaimer: OnCue Glow LLC is not responsible for any irritation or injury caused by improper application, misuse, or allergic reactions to lash adhesives (glue). Always do a patch test if you have sensitive skin!

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you’re agreeing to buy the items in your cart. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason (like if we run out of stock). Prices are in USD and include any applicable sales tax at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your lashes to you ASAP! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number. OnCue Glow LLC. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Hygiene

Because our products are used near the eyes, we have a strict hygiene policy.

  • Final Sale: For safety and hygiene reasons, all lash sales are final.
  • Defects: If your lashes arrive damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—the logos, photos, and lash designs—belongs to OnCue Glow LLC. Please don’t use them without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnCue Glow LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our products or the Site.
