At OnCue Glow LLC., we want your experience with our lashes to be as seamless and beautiful as the products themselves. Below you will find our policies regarding the shipping of your orders and our procedures for returns and exchanges.

Processing Time:
We’re on it! Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order hits the road, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can stalk your package (we get it).

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50!

Where We Ship:
Currently, we ship all across the United States. (Looking at you, international friends—stay tuned!)

1.3 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

1.4 Risk of Loss and Missing Packages

The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we want to help. If your package is missing, please contact us at info@oncueglow.com within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
