At OnCue Glow LLC., we want your experience with our lashes to be as seamless and beautiful as the products themselves. Below you will find our policies regarding our procedures for returns and exchanges.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Our Hygiene Promise:
Because our products are used near the eyes, we have to keep things super clean. For the safety of all our customers, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at info@oncueglow.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you instructions on where to ship your package.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it was approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your lashes arrive looking less than perfect or if we sent the wrong style, we’re so sorry! Please email us at info@oncueglow.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right immediately—at no cost to you.
